Payment terms

Once the booking has been agreed, an invoice will be sent to the hirer. The booking is only confirmed on receipt of payment. An email receipt will be sent to hirer when full payment has been received. Payment must be made in full at least three days prior to the room hire.

Cancellation and refund terms and conditions

Failure to pay the invoiced amount by the invoice due date will result in the termination of the booking. The hirer understands that any cancellations:

• made more than 7 days in advance of the session will be charge at 25% of the invoiced amount.
• made between 4-7 days in advance of the session will be charged at 50% of the invoiced amount.
• made within 3 days of the session will be non-refundable.  

Refreshments:

• Complimentary Tea, coffee and water for all bookings.
• No catering services provided. However, if you need catering services, we can link you to the local catering company we use, who deliver to the office.
